Paid Vacations:

In addition to annual 40 hours of paid time off for wellness, full-time security officers receive one-week paid vacation after one continuous year of employment.  Two weeks paid vacation is provided after five years of continuous employment.

Covey Security wants to develop our officers and looks to provide training opportunities to increase skills for broader, more lucrative roles.

Provided Uniforms:

Covey Security provides all security officer uniforms at no cost to our employees.  (Most companies make the officer pay for them)

Employee Recognition:

We value the women and men who work with us and we award top performers. Security officers are eligible for an achievement bonus.  A bonus may include recognition for extraordinary service, client appreciation or long-term achievement.

Bereavement Pay:

Officers are eligible for bereavement time off with pay when they experience the unexpected loss of a close relative.

Weekly Pay:

Officers are paid on a weekly basis, which increases job satisfaction and retention.
